Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is based on how our services and solutions solve our customers’ needs and meet their expectations. We strive to provide customers with accurate information and deliverables and to only make commitments that we can live up to. One major focus for our employees in their tasks is to understand the customer and take responsibility for customer satisfaction. A high standard of after-sales service and prompt attention to customer concerns is also part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Customer proprietary information

When we implement services and solutions to our customers we often get access to customer proprietary information. We treat that information carefully and as confidential information unless the customer has stated otherwise. Our customers are often big global actors whose proprietary information is of interest to a wide audience, so we make sure no customer proprietary information is shared to any external party or internally to any other persons than those who need the information in their work for that customer.

Quality and safety

Consistently providing high value services and solutions with quality, safety and reliability is part of Teleca’s commitment to our customers. All Teleca services and solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements in this respect. When Teleca has contributed to the development of a product we strive to minimize the risk of causing harm to the end-users of that product. An important part of Teleca quality is that every unit in Teleca utilizes similar processes and procedures (Teleca Management System) in implementing the services and solutions.

Suppliers

All suppliers that Teleca uses have to comply with our Business Conduct Guidelines. We never knowingly engage in business with companies that don’t follow these principles. If a supplier is used in a Teleca project for a customer Teleca management have to approve them and the customer will be informed that a supplier is used.
