Compliance with laws, rules and regulations

Teleca is a global company and must comply with the laws of various countries in which we operate and do business. When our employees are involved in international business transactions they must understand and comply with foreign and domestic laws and regulations. It is also essential for them to be aware of and act in compliance with laws of their own country that apply to business activities in other countries. Examples of such laws can be export and import regulations, anti-boycott provisions, trade embargos and sanctions in force.
