Solid 2009 start with major orders

“Our second quarter has started well with three major orders received during April /May,” says Edwin Moses, SVP of Teleca's Customer & Market organization. “While we cannot reveal the clients at this time, these are significant wins. We are proud that our large customers continue to choose to work with Teleca.”

“We have enjoyed a good start to 2009 with a small positive result before restructuring costs for the first 5 months of the year. Given the effect the current financial climate has had on companies everywhere, we see our result as testimony to our new focus on offering the best possible solutions for our customers,” Edwin continues.

“We are winning orders as our customers see the benefits of our compelling propositions tailored to their specific requirements. They appreciate our ability to work as a global team, drawing on the right expertise from our offshore centers, while cutting both costs and development time. We endeavor to exceed customer expectations for quality, both in terms of our global resources and our account management,” Edwin explains.

“These gains show our ability to win large deals in a competitive, complex buying environment where customer decision making is more and more global. At the same time we see that customers seem ready to make investment decisions again. Through our strength in depth we are able to capitalize on this.

We now see that we are taking market share in what has been a hard economic environment. Motivation, effort and responsibility are the recipe for supporting our customers and helping them achieve success in their markets.” Edwin concludes.
