Lisbeth Hald 

Senior Vice President Human Resources and Europe

Lisbeth Hald is a business oriented person with a wide experience in leading, developing and deploying HR strategies, polices and practices in close contact with the business. Drawing on her business insight and experience in Human Resource Management she has adviced senior business management in all Human Resources aspects for more than 20 years, primarily in the IT industry. Since 2001 her focus has been on international Human Resource leadership with an increasing  business- and customer focus.

Born in 1958 in Denmark, she graduated from Copenhagen Business School in 1985 as Master of Science, specialised in Human Resources.

Since graduation Lisbeth Hald has held various management positions of which 5 years experience in international HR engagement and transition in IT outsourcing in IBM, dealing with international customers. Lisbeth Hald has been on international assignment in Paris for 1 year, heading Human Resources for IBM´s Service Delivery organization with more than 20000 employees in Europe. This assignment was followed by a 1 year assignment in Switzerland, heading IBM´s work force management in North East Europe. 

Lisbeth Hald joined Teleca as Senior Vice President in December 2006 and has taken significant steps to develop a globalised HR organization- and support.

February 1 2008 Lisbeth Hald has been appointed to lead the Europe Delivery area, and in parallel she will keep on leading Global HR.
