Wolfgang Stahl

Vice President Program Management

Wolfgang Stahl has more than 25 years of experience within the mobile industry. Since 1982, he has worked in different positions in research and development, and since 1988, he has focused on project management and leadership.

Born in 1956, he graduated from the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1982. After his studies, he joined Philips; initially, he worked with HW and SW development in the area of Base Stations for mobile communication systems. Pretty soon, he took over responsibility for teams and projects and held several line management and program management positions.

In 1996, Mr Stahl joined Ericsson. As head of radio network research in Germany and program manager for big multi site development programs, he managed several projects and programs with more than 200 people.

Mr Stahl is one of the founders of Teleca Germany. He joined Teleca as Director of Program Management in April 2003, and in 2004, he accepted a position on the management team of Teleca Mobile Devices. Since June 2006, he is Head of Global Program Management and a member of the Global Risk Management board.
