Teleca AB (publ) is a Swedish public company whose shares are listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (Nordic Exchange/Small Cap). Teleca AB is governed in accordance with Swedish company law. Teleca also complies with other applicable Swedish and international laws and regulations. In addition, Teleca complies with the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s listing agreement. Teleca does not belong to the group of companies tha t was required, during 2007, to follow the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. It is the intention of the Board of Directors to adapt to the requirements of the Code as of 1 July 2008.
