About the Annual General MeetingThe Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision-making body in a limited-liability company. It is at the AGM that all shareholders can exercise their right to decide on issues affecting the company and its operations. Among the more salient tasks of the Annual General Meeting are to appoint the company’s Board of Directors and auditor, on proposals from a special nomination committee appointed by the Annual General Meeting. The authority and work of the General Meeting are primarily based on the Swedish Companies Act as well as on the Articles of Association adopted by the Meeting.
In accordance with the Articles of Association, a notice of the Annual General Meeting will be issued, not earlier than six weeks and not later than four weeks prior to the Meeting. The notice of the meeting will be made in the form of an announcement in Post- och Inrikestidningar and in Dagens Industri. The meeting is held in Swedish. |
