Teleca Russia, formerly known as Telma Soft, was Teleca's first offshore operation, acquired in 2006. This office is located in Nizhny Novgorod and specializes in the development of embedded software for mobile communications, client-server solution realization, and development of various applications for Microsoft Windows, Linux, Windows Mobile, Symbian OS, and Palm OS. Customers of Teleca Russia include several world-leading IT companies, such as Motorola, Esmertec, Freescale Semiconductor, and AMD. TLM Communication Ltd. was founded in 2004, as part of Telma Soft, especially for Kyocera Wireless Corporation projects. Years of cooperation with local universities on training programs form graduates with occupational skills and an excellent recruitment base.
